Interested in hosting a GLEON All-Hands Meeting?
The GLEON Meeting Site Selection Committee is chaired by Bas Ibelings with the following members serving the committee: Justin Brookes, Susan Hendricks, Grace Hong, David da Motta-Marques, Kevin Rose and Kathleen Weathers.
We have closed the submission of hosting proposals for GLEON 16 (2014) and GLEON 17 (2015) meetings on 7 January 2013. As announced through the GLEON mailing list on 6 March 2013, GLEON 16 Meeting will be hosted by GLEON members Jim Rusak, Shelley Arnott, Paul del Giorgio and their teams at the Queen's University Biological Station (Kingston, Ontario, Canada). The review and decision for GLEON 17 host site are still in progress.
If you are interested in hosting future GLEON all-hands meetings, please check out the GLEON Operating Principles and Procedures and the documents below for reference. We will broadcast the soliciation of hosting bids on the GLEON website and via the listserv.
